1. 50% Deposit & Refund Policy

A 50% deposit is required before work on a house plan can begin.

The 50% deposit is refundable only if Tshifaro House Plan has not yet started working on the customer's house plan.

Once work on the house plan has commenced, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers time and work involved in preparing and developing the plan.

2. Payment

Payment is not processed directly through this website. Customers will receive payment instructions from Tshifaro House Plan during the enquiry process.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically mean that work has started. Work begins only after the required arrangements have been confirmed by Tshifaro House Plan.

3. Plans & Pricing

House-plan prices displayed on the website are subject to change. Customers should confirm the current price with Tshifaro House Plan before making payment.

The advertised price applies to the services and plan information specified for that particular house plan. Additional services or changes may be quoted separately.

4. Revisions & Changes

Customers should communicate their requirements clearly before work begins.

Requests for changes or revisions after work has started may affect the project timeline and may result in additional charges depending on the nature and extent of the changes.

Tshifaro House Plan will communicate any applicable additional costs with the customer before proceeding with additional work.

5. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relating to their project.

This may include contact details, property information, measurements, requirements and other information needed for the requested service.

Tshifaro House Plan should not be held responsible for problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

6. Plan Review & Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their house-plan information and communicating any required changes before final approval.

Customers should ensure that the information they provide and the final requirements communicated to Tshifaro House Plan are correct before approving the work.

7. Copyright & Ownership

House plans, drawings, designs, images, documents and other original design materials created or provided by Tshifaro House Plan are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Unless Tshifaro House Plan gives written permission, customers and website visitors may not:

• Copy or reproduce Tshifaro House Plan designs.
• Share or distribute the plans with other people.
• Resell or redistribute the plans.
• Modify, alter or create derivative versions of the plans.
• Publish or upload the plans to another website or platform.
• Use the designs for unauthorised commercial purposes.
• Claim Tshifaro House Plan designs as their own work.

Tshifaro House Plan reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorised use of its original designs and intellectual property.

8. Construction Services

Construction services are separate from the purchase or design of a house plan and may require a separate quotation, agreement and payment arrangement.

Customers interested in construction services should contact Tshifaro House Plan to discuss their requirements and obtain the appropriate quotation and project information.

9. Renovations & Extensions

Renovation and extension projects may require an assessment of the existing property and additional information before work can be quoted or started.

Additional work discovered or requested during a project may require a revised quotation or separate agreement.

10. Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel a service should contact Tshifaro House Plan as soon as possible.

If work has already started, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional cancellation arrangements will depend on the stage of the project and any work already completed.

11. Delays

Project timelines may be affected by circumstances outside Tshifaro House Plan's reasonable control, including customer changes, delayed information, approval processes, suppliers, technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be informed where a significant delay affects the progress of their project.

12. Customer Communication

Customers should provide accurate contact information so that Tshifaro House Plan can communicate with them regarding their enquiry or project.

Official communication may take place through the contact methods provided by Tshifaro House Plan, including WhatsApp and email.

13. Website Information

House images, descriptions, specifications, availability and prices displayed on the website may be updated or changed from time to time.

Website images and previews are provided to help customers understand the design and appearance of a house plan. Customers should confirm important specifications with Tshifaro House Plan before making decisions based on website information.

14. Plan Images & Downloads

House-plan images displayed on the website are provided for viewing and enquiry purposes.

High-resolution original drawings and official plan documents are not intended to be publicly downloadable from the website.

Customers may not copy, screenshot, reproduce, distribute or otherwise reuse plan images or drawings for unauthorised purposes.

15. Privacy

Information provided by customers through the website, WhatsApp, email or other communication channels may be used by Tshifaro House Plan to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, communicate about projects and provide requested services.

Customer information should be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

16. Agreement to These Terms

By submitting an enquiry through a form that requires acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the customer confirms that they have read and understood these terms and agree to them.

Customers will be required to actively confirm their agreement before submitting an enquiry where an agreement checkbox is provided.
